Our Story
Welcome to Empower Village, a community committed to meeting the needs of underserved youth through education, mentorship, and meaningful career opportunities. Empower Village was born from the realization that the support provided to youth in orphanages often disappears once they age out. Our founder, Michael, witnessed this gap firsthand while working with YouMeWe, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering institutionalized youth. He saw young people leave the orphanage system, often facing limited resources, minimal guidance, and significant challenges in transitioning to adulthood. This experience underscored the need for ongoing support and led Michael to establish Empower Village—a platform that continues the journey of education and empowerment beyond the walls of these institutions.
The Mission
Our objective is aimed towards setting a stable and sustaining career for Japanese adults who have just grown out of their institutions/orphanages. By partnering with other companies, these young adults are given the opportunity to make an international impact with their aspirations.

Our vision is to create a platform that empowers individuals through education, mentorship, and life skills coaching, fostering personal and professional growth for those who may otherwise be overlooked. We believe everyone deserves access to quality education and mentorship, regardless of their background. Through personalized coaching, we equip young adults with practical skills such as emotional regulation, financial literacy, time management, and even the importance of giving back.
